This is a spin off of DKM's Greatest Team of All-time. First I want to thank DKM for the awesome idea. I know many people (including myself) were sad to see his blog end, so I'm sure this will get great participation.
With your help, we will put together "The Greatest College Team" position by position. Only players who played in 1970 or later will be eligible. Each Tuesday we will begin voting on a new position; make your vote in bold. Feel free to elaborate on why you voted for the player you did. Please vote only once per position. I would request that we keep this a friendly blog and not go on with petty disagreements. If there is a tie both players will be listed.
This week we will vote for Tight End. Cast a vote for a TE who graduated no earlier than 1970. I will add the votes each day although it may be later for some because I live on the west coast.
BTW: It seems like the participation on this blog has gone down, so if you know any members who may be interested; I wondered if you could do me a favor and let them know about it.
